Why doesn't it work from the infa dock?

I want to make a restful www.yiiframework.com/doc-2.0/guide-rest-quick-star... , I did everything like there, but by some miracle I just get 404. What could be the matter?

404 error means that you have a problem with routes... Check, see where everything goes.
