Set up a form handler, works great! But for some reason, it does not send information from the form to a mail like [email protected]! Mail is set to Yandex. What could be the problem and how to solve it?

It could be anything.
For example, SMTP was originally designed to work with emails typed exclusively in Latin, and it is not known what your handler is spinning on, maybe on something ancient that punycode is not yet able to do (this does not have to be ancient, just older than 3-4 years ).
UTF8SMTP appeared in RFC only in 2008, and still has experimental status.
