Why doesn't it let modx into the admin panel?

Good day. I prescribe the url to log in to the admin panel "site/manager", the page is updated and displays the same main page, only the URL is now "site/Yes". How can this be fixed?

Or the address of the admin panel was changed during installation from manager to something else, or check the redirects from http. I had such a problem once after switching to https.
Well, or a completely impossible option - a problem with the browser and add-ons to it, which block or change something (ala modify headers, etc.).

look in the browser debugger with which code it goes to the main page.
