Why doesn't it go to the menu from section to section by wordpress anchors?

Hello, please tell me why you can’t go from section to section on the site, you can only get to the new section through the main page, the site itself is like a landing on wordpress, but there are subsections, i.e. I click on services in the menu on the main one, then it moves me on the page to these services, I click on the service, I go to the section, but the menu buttons don’t work anymore, they are tied to anchors on the main one, but I saw somewhere on another site that even if you click in the section, the page loads and moves to the main menu in the corresponding anchor menu, what is it implemented? Didn't find this information in a search.
