Why doesn't IntelliJ IDEA open the .vue file? How to fix?

Can't open .vue file in IntelliJ IDEA. The plugin for Vue.js is installed in IDEA, the IDE allows you to create a .vue component file, but does not open it - it drives the loader.
How can I fix it?

Settings -> Editor -> File Types -> (on the right) Vue.js Template
In the window below, edit:
*.vue
