Why doesn't Intelegie IDEA ask for username and password when creating a new project from Git?

Good afternoon!
I am using the 2018 version. I create a new project from Git. I enter the url but the connection is not created because access is denied. In the current version, there is an automatic request for a login and password, and everything is downloaded. Why is the password and login not asked in 2018? where does it pull from? How to fix it?

Install git, configure, write on the command line: git clone [your_awesome_repo], git asks for a password.
