Why doesn't Idea push folders to git?

I want to submit the project to
Github. Opened a project in Idea. I click VCS -> Import into version control-> Share project on GitHub.
The repository is created and uploaded several . but the core folder is not sent.
I tried to add folders Git -> add , nothing changes. light grey.
I understand that earlier idea where it detected that the folders were sent (because I had already uploaded this project before).
Who will tell you where to look for a solution?
