Why doesn't groups.get return anything when specifying filters?

Recently, VK stopped returning any groups when specifying the admin, editor or moder filters?
I get a token with access to groups in the application, but when one of these three filters is specified, it always returns an empty array, and most importantly, everything worked fine two days ago.

"admin,editor or moder" can only be retrieved for groups where you have admin rights.
for other groups is not allowed
