Why doesn't Google show the featured snippet?

I want to make such a beautiful snippet like that of the big uncles:

I read the doc, prescribed everything as Google recommends:

It turned out to be complete bullshit: the snippet, as it was crooked, remained the same:

By the way, the "uncles" have nothing of the kind, but the snippet is beautiful and correct:

It's been a month since the last update. Even more. But things are still there ... :(

Google takes the most populated categories and displays them in a snippet by attendance.
Say thank you that at least you brought it out, because he took "about the store" in general for the sake of a couple, in reality he sees you only have 1 normal page for the snippet.
Work on the structure, IMHO (I didn’t look at the sites on screenshots).

This is not a featured snippet, but regular sitelinks, generated automatically based on popular pages. No markup is required for this.
