1. Because, from microdata, you only have a search form on your site. It is type "through" structured data.
2. The exception is the end pages of products. There are just markings on them, there are no errors, and it would seem that this is it - happiness! Hooray!!
But no! Just the same, these final product pages are not in the Google index. And therefore he (Google) cannot see it (micromarkup)!
In the webmaster, add the page to the index forcibly and see what happens there. And in general, look for the reason why Google has not yet indexed them ...
UPD. And I almost forgot! By the way, maybe this is the reason, xs, but you forgot to set a 301 redirect from www to without.
