Why doesn't Google authenticator and similar apps work?

Why might a number of applications not work?
Google Authenticator, FreeOTP, andOTP.
Checked on several sites and on the lifted keycloak service.
I scan the QR code, the application reads it, adds a resource, issues a 6-digit code. I enter the code on the site and it is always incorrect. I tried not to add a resource through a QR code, but by entering a secret code in the format A456 AG45 AHDU 4FG5 DH78. It doesn't work even if it cracks.
Broke my whole head.

The time or time zone is incorrect on the device, and the codes are generated from the past or the future. You can check it by opening the site https://time.is/ on the device - the deviation from the reference time will be written there.
