Why doesn't GM_xmlhttpRequest fully load the page from the link?

Good day.
I took it upon myself to sketch a simple script for Greasemonkey and ran into an unexpected problem - GM_XmlHttpRequest does not load the page to the end. Each time the amount of data loaded is slightly different, but the pages have never been fully loaded yet. What could be the reason and how to fix it?
