Why doesn't GIT see the files of the last commit?

I added a couple of files on the local machine to the turnip and pushed it to bitbucket. The files are saved, I view them through the browser.
I do it on VPS git pull origin master, everything goes well. Local machine and VPS refer to the same commit 70afb8b3cbad3b115307c6cf1ca04901e7bfb319 BUT NO NEW FILES APPEARED ON THE VPS!! How can this be?
Demolished turnip on VPS and cloned again - the same garbage...

If the file with a dot at the beginning, then you need to dols -la
