Why doesn't form validation work immediately?

Good afternoon! I use this plugin for validation 1000hz.github.io/bootstrap-validator . There are name/email forms, everything is fine there, but there are name/phone forms. Forms with a phone are validated only when you move the focus from the already filled input with the phone, i.e. you click outside this input. What could be the problem? After all, usually with the last correctly typed character, the form should become active.
