Why doesn't folder redirection with GPO work?

I'm trying to redirect the user's "Documents" folder to a network share, I did the following:

  • created a folder on the domain controller and gave the following rights and network access:

Authenticated users have the right to create folders

After that, the desired user can go to \\DC1\shares, create a folder there and do whatever they want in it

  • created this GPO to redirect the "Documents" folder:

linked this GPO to the OU in which the desired user lies. Security filtering by default, for Authenticated users

As a result, a folder with the user's name is created on the network share, but there is nothing in it. Even after turning off the user's computer. What could be the problem?
UPD:
here's what I found in the logs of the client machine:

But why does he swear about the lack of access when creating a folder, if I can create the same folder from the same user by hand?
