Why doesn't Extract for Brackets work?

Hello. Extract for Brackets used to turn on, but when I clicked "open PSD" nothing happened. And from today, when you click Extract for Brackets, nothing happens, zero reaction. I tried to change VPN to another one (I used tunnelbear) and it worked immediately. The same problem occurs when downloading plugins through the application itself, it is enough to change the VPN.
I tried to delete state.json, everything worked, but now when opening the PSD file, the program began to require that there was an Internet connection.
