Why doesn't Exim4 accept mail (ispmaneger5 + dovecot + exim4)?

Hello dear readers, a problem arose after installing and configuring ispmanager 5, mail is sent normally, but the server categorically refuses to accept mail.
OS: Debian 7.5
PU: ispmanager 5 lite release
Installed mail server software:
Mail server (SMTP): exim4-daemon-heavy-4.80-7
Mail server (POP3 and IMAP): dovecot-pop3d-1:2.1.7-7 +deb7u1
Sieve - mail sorter: dovecot-sieve-1:2.1.7-7+deb7u1
Yandex response after sending mail:
yandex_report.txt Exim4
log (/exim4/mainlog) after sending mail from Yandex:
mainlog_exim.txt
MX records for the domain :
Subdomain/Priority/IP address
mail.vlg-server34.ru / 10 / 88.87.93.223

Please help me solve this problem.

I did not figure out what the reason was, removed Dovecot and exim4 , cleaned virtusertable, and installed the Sendmail + Dovecot bundle and everything works with a bang.
