Why doesn't emmet work in sublime text 3 in ubuntu?

Faced a problem in sublime.
Before that I worked in Windows, everything is fine there.
I saved all the settings using the syncSettings plugin.
Made an upload.
Then I switched to Ubuntu.
Here I downloaded the settings and as a result emmet does not work at all.
