Why doesn't drag and drop work in modx revo?

Good day! I just started to study modx revolution and ran into a problem:
drag and drop does not work.
I learn from video lessons, there, basically, everything is done by drag and drop. And it doesn't work for me.
I am using modx-2.3.3-pl-sdk, windows 7 x64, apache.
Please tell me how to solve this problem?

I think you have installed some code editor that does not support this feature.
