Why doesn't default route work?

the site.loc/home/default/index module opens at this address, I try to do
'defaultRoute' => '/home/default/index',
but the main page with site/index is still loaded

it means that the rule for the main one is blocked in the urlManager, for example:
Delete this, or vice versa, configure your route there
