Why doesn't css work correctly in Django? When I start a local server and go to the page, css does not work correctly. And if you just open the html file, then everything is displayed correctly on the page. I connected everything correctly. I connected via static. I also tried to directly specify where the css file is href="../static/css/style.css" did not help, and the same problem with bootstrap.
