Why doesn't cordova (ionicframework) get data via API?

I wanted to learn ionicframework. Started developing an application in angularJs. So, when I run this application on the server (ionic serve) - I get all the data and the application works. And as soon as I launch it on an emulator or phone, there is an endless download.

I assume it has something to do with deviceready (you probably have all the code in document ready)
