Why doesn't composer ask for a private repository password?

Hello. I ran into this problem, when installing packages from a private repository through composer, it does not ask for a login and password, but immediately gives a 401 error.
I tried from another server, this problem was not there, also if you just copy the repository via git clone, then git normally asks for a login and password

The only requirement is the installation of SSH keys for a git client.
