Why doesn't CNC work when creating a new product category in Opencart 1.5?

Hello. Faced a problem in Opencart 1.5.5.1.2 (ocStore): CNC is not applied when creating a new category . Those. I write a unique url in the SEO URL field, but this category is displayed on the site with its usual url like /index.php?route=product/category&path=121_122_173.
SEO Pro is enabled, other categories and products are displayed with CNC.
What could be the problem? Maybe you need to update the cache, but as I know, there is no such thing in version 1.5.
