Why doesn't CNC work in Yii2?

Naked project, everything works, but now I turn on the CNC

I update the main page, and the links all change to the CNC (site / about, etc.), but when you click on them, a 404 error pops up. I thought it was wrong, I watched a video tutorial on CNC in yii2 and there they just turn on the CNC and add .htaccess (but I didn’t add it, because I immediately specified the web folder in the open server). But in the video tutorial, for some reason, the CNC pages open, although in fact they did the same there - they just uncommented the urlManager, and I get 404.

Well, zashib, sailed. My car won't start. They showed me at a driving school that you have to put the key in the ignition, but I have pedals from a bike.
