Why doesn't CKEditor display tag entities? How can I make it display everything?

Hello! I downloaded CKEDITOR from here:
https://ckeditor.com/ckeditor-4/download/ (choose Standard Package)
Configuration, didn't change anything at all. I have a textarea, in value it has this line:

<p>hello how low? &lt;script&gt;console.log('alert')&lt;/script&gt;</p>

I initialize CKEditor on this textarea. When loading, instead of textarea I see CKEditor (as it should be). But here in its meaning is just this:
hello how low?
But
<script>console.log('alert')</script>
No. I tried replacing the script with a div. And the line is shown. More precisely, the content of the div tag is console.log('alert').
How can I make the line from the script be displayed, and displayed in full?
