Why doesn't ChromeDriver work when executing python code?

Hello.
I execute the elementary script in vs code. The link to the site was removed from the photo.

Two strange messages appear in the console:
1. don't like the version of ChromeDriver (although everything works fine in pycharm)
2. DevTools listening on ws://127.0.0.1:51215/devtools/.... (see photo)

I don't understand related whether these two messages. Installed versions of ChromeDriver 83 and 84 - did not help. What's interesting is there is no exact version of ChromeDriver as my chrome...do they have to match exactly?
OS Windows 10.

Tell me how you can fix all this.

They may not exactly match, the first three digits of the build (83.0.4103) are enough. Update the version of the desktop browser that will eventually be installed, such a driver and download.
