Why doesn't Botman see the Telegram driver?

I decided to try Botman io, I do it according to the guides - Tyk 1 Tyk 2

VS Code writes Undefined type 'TelegramDriver'

The composer installed everything without any problems, regenerated the files. I can't figure out what the problem is.
