Why doesn't .bat (iCatalyst image optimizer) work?

Hello. For mass optimization of images, I always used https://github.com/lorents17/iCatalyst

Today, at the next opening of the .bat file, it started and immediately closed abruptly. Tried again - same thing.
Then I noticed that the message manages to slip in the window: "The file cannot be found" .. But what file is not clear.

What could be the problem?

perhaps the batch file does not know how to work with Russian-language directories / directories with spaces?
