Why doesn't Bash (linux) see them after editing files in windows?

Hi people!
I use Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) and the problem is that after editing files through notpad++ (for example), then they are not visible in Bash (ls -1). But if you go to the Windows directory (/mnt/disk/) - everything is ok, you can see it, open it, edit it ..
How to make sure that you can edit files both there and there?

Check your rights. Most likely the rights in samba are incorrectly configured. I suspect that the files are shared via samba.
