Why doesn't ATOM see python3?

I downloaded Atom, connected the platformio-ide-terminal plugin, I
run the code, but here is the problem:

I checked if python is in the PATH variable (Yes, it is there) I
looked at other forums, they said that I need to reinstall python itself (I reinstalled and also added python to the path variable), but it still didn't help.
