Hello!
Absolutely not familiar with linux systems. I'm trying to install a socks5 proxy on debian, where there is already a webmin with a squid.
But I can't install anything from the outside, while everything is pinged.

Issue the following commands

unset http_proxy
unset https_proxy

before you command apt-get
The second way is to copy the packages you need and install them manually.
