Why doesn't Apache update the config?

Apache HTTP Server

Updated the config 000-default in /etc/apache2/sites-available
Still Apache loads the old directory
systemctl reload apache2already registered
And it gives the directory /var/www/htmleven if I registereda2dissite 000-default

The problem was in the line
<VirtualHost 127.0.0.1:80>
Replaced with
<VirtualHost *:80>
And it all worked
