Apache loads the page - but doesn't load it completely. sometimes.
will load Header and get up. Update. Loads everything. Once in a while sometimes.
(sometimes it will load half of the thead table)
It feels like there is a limit somewhere or something? when downloading, another user breaks in, and does not allow to download.
I understand that the problem is blurred. Can anyone come across such work on apache - wampserver.
