Why doesn't animation work in safari?

I made an animation on css, it works correctly in chrome and firefox, but when I turned it on in safari, only one of the three animations works - the red background "slides" to the right and text appears, a strip that should go down and go to the right appears only at the end. Can anyone suggest a solution?

@rabodis

@keyframes move-right
is for some reason setting scaleY(0) to 0% and scaleY(1) to 50%; I don’t understand why, besides, if you remove it, everything will work.
and plus another such moment... why do you write the names of animations in classes near div? :)
