I’m studying CMS Magento and I’ve already encountered a lot of problems, at first it wasn’t installed in principle, I solved this problem, after that the links and pictures didn’t work, and the admin panel itself, in principle, and sometimes css didn’t work at all, in the end I fixed it, after that I changed the language to Russian and now the problem that I am not able to solve:
I do not see adding anything in the admin panel, whether it is the Product Catalog, Clients, Blocks, etc., the download slider just runs and everything, how to solve it, help (

Because I installed everything crookedly, reinstalled according to this guide and everything became as it should!
