Why doesn't adding a word to wordforms.txt work?

Added words to
Tura > Tura
does not work if you enter the word "Tura".
There is Tura 1, Tura 2 in the database,
what should be done to make it work?

sudo service sphinxsearch stop
sudo indexer --all
sudo service sphinxsearch start
