Why doesn't a link click always work in Owl-Carousel 2 on mobile?

On mobile, sometimes it works right away, and sometimes you click on the link, and it only works the second time, or if you press a little longer. I didn’t find any answers, but there is an assumption that the carousel does not always understand when it’s just a click, and when it’s scrolling. Tell me, can anyone know how to solve?
