Why doesn't 301 redirect work (CMS - webasyst)?

I tried to solve the problem myself, to no avail.

I bought the "301 Smart Redirect" plugin in CMS ( https://www.webasyst.ru/store/plugin/shop/error301/ ). What for? I want to change the CNC structure of the site, namely: Suppose there is a productname. It is located in the categoryname/subcategoryname/subsubcategoryname/productname DOM folder.
How it SHOULD be (in my opinion) for SEO optimization - The final product is located at domainname.ru/categoryname/subcategoryname/subsubcategoryname/productname
As I have now - domainname.ru/product/productname
If I go to subsubcategoryname, how SHOULD be ( in my opinion) - domainname.ru/categoryname/subcategoryname/subsubcategoryname
As I have now - domainname.ru/category/subsubcategoryname
This is a small educational program on why I decided to purchase the plugin. I don’t want to write a redirect to 3k+ products myself.
Now to the point. I bought the plugin, it does not require configuration. When changing the CNC, the redirect does not occur, it gives a 404 error. I immediately returned it back so as not to lose the tops in the search engine. I decided to test from a small one (a simple change in the url of the product), it does not work. Climbed into the database, everything seems to be ok. The site issues 404. htaccess is normal (it looks strange, but it's definitely not a conflict because of it). I looked at third-party plugins and hooks, everything seems to be ok too. For the test, I removed the SEO optimization plugin, CNC generation and the article name generator, it did not help. Can't figure out where the conflict is








PS There are also third-party plugins that are installed directly in the body (meconnect - there is no time to draw social buttons in the bottom footer, the site is already abandoned + semi-collective farm, while I installed it) and in the head (jivochat, online chat with users), but they are unlikely somehow participate in the redirect.
