Why does zabbix behave like this?

Monitoring

crashes on startup:

sudo systemctl start zabbix-agent
Job for zabbix-agent.service failed because a configured resource limit was exceeded. See "systemctl status zabbix-agent.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Googled the solution:

/usr/sbin/zabbix_agentd -c /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf

I execute, I launch. but the problem persists on the next start.
