Why does yum return an error when installing a package, and how can I fix it?

A server with centos5 was received, it was necessary to install apc for php - got an error

#yum install php54w-pecl-apc

Why yam

Well, first of all, not yam, but yum (just like in a joke... ;-) ), and secondly, your *.rpm repository just lies ... or is specified incorrectly.
