Why does youtube load without styles when logged in?

When you log into your account, styles in youtube (only on this site) are not loaded. When you leave, everything is fine.
The problem is not with me, I went through teamviewer, looked in the developer tools. When out of account, the styles are loaded. When you enter, it says Net error connection refused and there is not a single loaded style sheet.
In any browser.

Most likely you have problems with the browser cache, or with a proxy through which you may access the Internet. To do this, try completely clearing the cache and reloading the page or change the proxy, if any.
Ps I'm fine both in and out of my account.
