A month and a half has passed, once a week after checking it writes "there is no favicon file on the site."
I tried everything, but without success.

It is possible that the frequency of updating the site's favicon.ico depends on how often the site itself is updated. The more often fresh information appears on it, the more often different robots visit it. Yandex has a separate robot for collecting icons. In the logs, it can be found something like this:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; YandexFavicons/1.0; + yandex.com/bots)
According to some users, the Yandex robot to collect favicon.ico visits sites once every 1-3 months.
