Why does Yandex.Money send an HTTP notification three times?

The request comes up fine on the first try, but for some reason then it repeats with the timing specified in the documentation: immediately, after 10 minutes and after an hour. What for? I got it the first time.
How to avoid repetition? Or repeats three times in any case only for test notifications?

Pavel Denisov absolutely correctly noted. If you get the same notification over and over again, your handler responded with a code other than HTTP 200 OK the first time.
