Why does Yandex display web pages differently?

There is a small one-page business card website. And everywhere (well, except for explorer, it is displayed the same. Yandex goes to explorer. And moreover, it is displayed incorrectly in Yandex with Alice and only on phones. Nobody knows why?

It all depends on the browser. This does not happen in all browsers, but only in those in which the font is set relative to the font size set in the phone settings. And in other browsers there is a fixed text size and everything is displayed as "we want to highlight".
