Why does Yandex Connect group mailing not work?

In "Yandex Connect" I added mail for the domain, set everything up, registered users. Letters are received and sent to users' emails. I created a department and added users to it, but letters do not come to the mail of the department, letters were sent both from the added domain and from yandex .ru. I wrote to support, but there is silence, maybe someone can help here.
PS mail does not come to the [email protected] mailbox either
