Why does WinPe restart after loading boot.wim?

There is a Windows Server 2012R2, the WDS role is raised on it, the boot environment was prepared via MDT. The crux of the issue: after loading boot.wim, the MDT logo appears, and the machine reboots after 15 seconds. However, this was not the case the day before. The issue does not occur on all devices. ipconfig sometimes shows that the device receives an ip, sometimes it doesn't. Once again, the same thing happens on a virtual machine (vmware). I haven't downloaded the log yet, I've only looked at eventvwr - it says: "A Non-Shared buffer was created for reading file D:\RemoteInstall\Boot\x64\Images\lighttouchx64 was deleted. But this appeared even when the image was successfully rolled out.
Where to look, what to dig?
