Why does Windows SmartScreen block applications developed on VS Express 2013?

Good afternoon! I started learning C#, chose VS Express 2013 as a development environment. I wrote a simple calculator, built a release and uploaded it to the cloud. Just downloaded the application from the cloud, launched it and got a block message from Windows SmartScreen due to an unknown publisher. How to deal with such a situation? How to remove "suspicions" from the application?
