Why does Windows 10 take a long time to load?

Windows 10 takes a long time to start.
The Windows logo appears and the download starts, then the logo disappears, a black screen appears and loading circles at the bottom of the screen. then the Welcome screen and it takes just as long to load.
The last thing I did was: I cleaned up the space on the "C" drive using Ccleaner. then compressed the data on the "C" drive with the compactt.exe utility.
What could be the problem?

Most likely Windows on the hdd. If yes, then either buy an ssd and install Windows 10 there, or install Windows 7.
According to my observations, Microsoft scored on hdd support in Windows 10.
