Why does Windows 10 freeze on startup?

Hello. After updating Windows 10, the computer began to freeze at the time of logon (falls into an endless download). I went into safe mode and changed the "start" value of the Microsoft Passport Service Container service as advised here. After restarting computer stuck on "Installing personal settings for: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Rundll32.exe C:\Windows\SysWOW64\mscories.dll, Install"

In general, after a Windows update, a broken video card was turned on, and therefore the computer would freeze tightly. I disabled the broken video card in the Device Manager through Safe Mode and the problem disappeared.

Try deleting your profile or, if you have one, sign in with a different one. If the version is Pro, then through "Computer Management" activate the built-in Administrator account or create some User'a. If it works fine under another, then delete the main -> "System Properties" - the "Advanced" tab - "User Profiles".
